Delivery times

We deliver our goods exclusively to the countries listed below. You can find the maximum delivery times for the respective countries in the following table.

If you order several articles from us within the framework of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the goods shipment is the delivery time that applies to the article in your order with the longest delivery time.

The period for the delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or with other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

A special regulation applies to all articles which are listed in the shop with the addition "Only inquiry possible" or which are marked with a forwarding agent symbol. Due to the size and weight of the corresponding articles, the shipping time and shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically. After you have sent your order request to us and we have received the information about the delivery address from you, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time and shipping costs. A purchase contract is therefore not initially concluded by the submission of an order enquiry.
