If you want to be even more exclusive than fitting stainless steel bumper brackets, this is a very exclusive alternative. Bumper bracket covers were an accessory at the VW factories in the 1950s. Like so many exclusive factory accessories, these covers for the bumper brackets are available again (in a very good reproduction). They are mounted around existing bumper brackets, creating a solid-looking bumper bracket. The set has a very good chrome finish and is supplied complete with front and rear brackets (including chrome-plated fasteners). This can be fitted quickly and easily without having to remove the bumper.
