Drain Hose Fan Box

Drain hose for fan box, made of aluminium.
Diameter: 20 mm.
Length: 600 - 900 mm.
VW Beetle 1200 | 1300 | 1500 - from 8/67 onwards.

This drain hose is located at the bottom of the fan box (fresh air box) of the Volkswagen Beetle and drains off rainwater that gets in.

Originally it was an aluminium hose wrapped in cardboard. We never understood why it was a cardboard hose. There are only very few Beetles left that have this original hose in good condition.

This new model is not a cardboard hose but a hose made entirely of aluminium. If the hose is not damaged, you will never have to replace it again. The hose has an inner diameter of 20 mm and is supplied in a length of 600 mm, which can be extended to 900 mm, which is useful if you want to use it for another purpose.
