If you own lowered spring struts for the Beetle 1302 or 1303, original shock absorbers cannot be used. These struts were newly developed, and the shock absorbers listed here are the only models suitable for these struts.

The illustration of the shock absorbers lists the most important dimensions, in case you are looking for a shock absorber for your own creation or you own lowered struts of a brand other than the one we offer.

Both shock absorbers are high quality and, just like the original, oil-filled. Supplied each.

3844 : Beetle 1302-1303 up to 7/1973, for dropped struts 3842.
3845 : Beetle 1303 from 8/1973 onwards, for dropped struts 3843.
