One-piece door windows. Complete snap-in set including seals and mounting hardware. VW Beetle sedan - from 8/64 onwards.
The so-called "one-piece door windows" are one-piece door windows without separate quarter lights (vent windows).
For fitting the one-piece door windows, further parts may be needed (see the list below). To fit them, the quarter light is first removed and the support it rests on is sawn off. In addition, some holes have to be drilled to fit the window channels. The standard door check has to be replaced with a special door check for one-piece door windows. On vehicles from model year 1968, the window regulator mechanism has to be replaced with a mechanism with a double lift system.
The following parts are needed for the conversion to one-piece door windows. All VW Beetle from 8/64: - Article 4000631 door check for one-piece door window conversion VW Beetle from 8/68: - Article 4000367 window regulator left 8/64-2/68 - Article 4000368 window regulator right 8/64-2/68 - Article 4000363 window regulator rail including rubber seal
