Rear Window Frame Wood Convertible

The soft-top frame of convertible models is fitted with a number of wooden parts to which the convertible top is attached.

In many cases the wood is so damaged that replacement is the only solution.

All wooden parts are made of solid wood or pressed wood depending on the type of part (this is mentioned in the description). Installation is the same as the original. By using wood instead of plastic, you have no problem nailing or stapling the top, although it is always recommended to use stainless steel staples and/or nails.

The rear window frame of the Volkswagen Beetle consists of four parts, which still have to be attached to the existing metal rear window frame. If this frame is affected by rust or no longer has the correct shape, you can buy it together with the wooden frame in our shop.

The rear soft-top mounting supports for the Beetle consist of three or four parts depending on the model year, and those of the Karmann Ghia of two parts, to allow transport.
