V-Belt Toothed

V-belt (toothed) for the generator.
Dimensions: 13 x 900 mm.
Type 1 engines with 25 hp.

The V-belt is worn when it starts to show hairline cracks. In many cases this is not immediately visible. By twisting the V-belt you can see hairline cracks more quickly.

Check the condition of the V-belt and also the tension at every service (see your workshop manual). We recommend always carrying a spare V-belt.

Almost all V-belts can be supplied toothed, which offers better grip than a flat V-belt.

For all V-belts the dimensions are stated (width x outer circumference), and for Type 1 engines the diameter of the crankshaft pulley.
