The brake shoes are mounted and held in the correct position by pins, springs and clamps. You will notice that the mounting hardware is past its prime when replacing the brake shoes.
The spring force of the assembly springs decreases by 50-70% within 1-2 years, even if most of our classic cars are no longer in everyday use. When replacing the brake shoes, at least the springs should also be replaced. We even recommend replacing all assembly parts when ordering new brake shoes.
All mounting kits are designed for two wheels.
