Fuel Pump Electric 12V

Electric fuel pump.
12 Volt / 0.5 - 0.6 bar, 114 l/h.

This electric fuel pump is usually required when several carburettors are fitted for a tuned engine. The fuel pump has a higher capacity than the mechanical fuel pump and does not depend on the engine speed.

The fuel pump idles freely when the carburettor is sufficiently filled, so a return hose is not required.

The hole for the original mechanical fuel pump in the crankcase must be sealed with a cover plate (available separately in our shop).

This B-quality fuel pump has a higher capacity than the A-quality, namely 114 litres per hour at a pressure of 0.5 to 0.6 bar.

This is a so-called pulsating fuel pump, which is louder than the A-quality of the rotating type, which works almost silently.

In every respect the B-quality of the fuel pump is only slightly lower than the A-quality, which results in a shorter service life.

The fuel pump is supplied with 8 mm hose connectors (also available separately) and is only suitable for carburettor and 12-Volt engines.

It is strongly recommended to fit the safety relay (available separately in our shop) so that the fuel pump stops as soon as the engine stops.
