Disc Brake Set Front 5x205mm

Disc brake set for the front (5 x 205 mm).
VW Beetle 1200 | 1300 | 1500 - from 8/65 onwards.
Type 14 Karmann Ghia - from 8/65 onwards.
VW Type 181 (Thing).

Combining a standard 5-hole brake set with dropped spindles is not possible. Due to the high demand for this combination, a brand-new set of 5-hole disc brakes was developed, with 5-hole discs and spindles dropped by 6.7 cm.

The set consists of:

- Threaded spindle
- 5-hole discs with PCD 205 mm
- Brake calipers with brake pads
- Wheel bearings and circlips
- Hub washers and nuts
- Brake hoses
- Mounting hardware

This single-disc brake set combines a comfortable lowering with better (safer) braking performance on the popular Volkswagen 5-hole wheels.

Note: Please note that the overall track width increases by approx. 16 mm. If you also need to fit discs at the rear, it is also necessary to replace your master brake cylinder with a cylinder with higher braking effect. This is available in our shop.
