Conversion Kit AC Alternator B-Quality 12V

Conversion kit to 12 volt AC alternator in B-quality.
Consisting of AC alternator, voltage regulator, alternator pedestal, alternator clamp and mounting plates.
Type 1 engines (except 25 + 30 hp).

The composition of this set is the same as the A-quality, with the difference that the supplied alternator (AC) is of lower quality, which explains the large price difference. An alternator (AC) charges the battery faster than a generator (DC), which is the main reason for the change. You cannot simply replace the generator. For 12-volt cars at least the correct alternator bracket must be bought, and for 6-volt cars also the clamp band and the rear plates. In this set you find the correct parts to do the job without problems. This set is fitted with a B-quality alternator with built-in voltage regulator, alternator bracket, clamp band and a set of three rear plates. If the budget allows, this set is also available in A-quality.
