Relay 6V - 30A

Switching relay.
6 volt.
30 ampere.

The purpose of a switching relay is to relieve the switch where a large current would otherwise have to be switched. Only a coil of the relay has to be switched, which requires a much lower control current.

Examples of this are:

- Heated rear window (original with relay)

- Starter

- Fog lights

- Transformers

Always make sure the relay is fitted as close as possible to the consumer and that the switched circuit is also fused.
