Armature Wiper Motor 12 Volt

Armature for wiper motor, 12 volt.
VW Beetle - 8/57 to 7/67.
Type 14 Karmann Ghia - 8/59 to 7/66.
VW Bus - 4/55 to 7/64.

This armature can be used for two purposes: as a replacement armature for your 12-volt wiper motor if it has burnt out, or to convert a 6-volt wiper motor to 12 volt.

The armature is the only component that makes the difference between 6 or 12 volt. If your wiper motor falls within the stated model years of the SWF brand, the conversion is easy, without having to work with a voltage converter.

Apart from the carbon brushes, the armature is the only part subject to wear. Why buy a used wiper motor when you can simply repair or convert your existing one?
