The last thing you want is a faulty wiper system during a rain shower. It still happens often that an owner knows their wiper system is not working properly, but only takes action once the system fails in a downpour.

The wiper system shown here is ready to fit and equipped with a two-speed motor. If your existing wiper motor only had one position, simply connect the fastest position. The mechanism does not have transport paint but a solid black powder coating, just as it was originally.

If your existing wiper assembly looks slightly different, do not worry - this system is suitable for the VW models and years listed. For model years from 8/1972 onwards, the cap nuts securing the wiper arms must be replaced with standard M6 nuts.
