Quarter Light Black Complete Right from 8/67

Complete front right quarter light / vent window in black stainless steel.
VW Beetle - from 8/67 onwards.

Very early on the Beetle was fitted with small windows, the so-called vent windows, through which warm air could be drawn out of the car without causing noise or annoying draughts.

As the Beetle ages the vent windows are not spared either; rust is the biggest enemy and despite the fact that several spare parts are available (separately in our shop), it is not always possible to restore your vent windows to original condition. The part mentioned here offers the solution: it is complete and can be fitted directly, without hours of restoration work that in many cases does not give the desired result.

The new vent windows have a stainless steel glass frame, available either chrome-plated or black powder-coated. The frame is made of aluminium and the bracket is also chrome-plated or black powder-coated.

Thanks to the choice of materials, a quarter light has been created that surpasses the original. Even if your Beetle lasts another 50 years, the quarter light will no longer need to be replaced.

The chrome versions apply to the deluxe and all export models, the black versions mainly to the simplest versions and special editions such as the Jeans Beetle.

Note: As in the old VW factory, a new quarter light has to be adjusted in the door shortly after fitting.
