VW Beetle - up to 7/72 (up to 1961 additional gearbox mount 1480 is required).
VW Beetle - from 1/86 and later.
Karmann Ghia - up to 7/72.
VW Type 3 - up to 1971 (chassis number 312 2006 453).
VW Type 181 thing.
For Beetles and Karmann Ghia: Only applicable with fully synchronized manual transmission.

This switch housing has a device for a reverse gear switch. If your vehicle doesn't have it, make sure the hole is plugged with a blanking plug or screw in a reverse switch that you don't connect. This housing is supplied with the bushing, circlip and guide sleeve for the gear rod fitted, ready for assembly.
