ATE brake cylinder paste.
Content: 180 g.

Brake cylinders should never be assembled dry; instead all internal parts should be lubricated with a thin layer of brake cylinder paste.

You might assume that new brake parts have therefore already been treated with brake cylinder paste at the factory, but this is not always the case. Do not use universal oils, greases or brake fluids - only brake cylinder paste intended for this purpose. This is the only way to ensure proper, long-term lubrication of the parts and to significantly reduce the risk of leaks caused by running dry and drying out.
